LifeFolder is a service to help you plan for end of life. To do that, we need to collect your personal information. We collect and use your personal information to operate our website, mobile apps and services and to deliver the services you have requested. For example, we use your information to generate a discussion document to discuss end-of-life decisions with your family members and others close to you. We also provide certain state forms for you to complete to reflect your end-of-life decisions. In addition, we may use your personal data to make you aware of services that are relevant to your interests. We may also contact you from time to time to get feedback on our services, or to let you know about new services we are offering.

We also may use your information to offer you and deliver advertisements relating to third-party products and services that may be of interest to you. Such advertisements may be delivered on our site or on other websites and services. When we do so, we will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the third party’s own advertising purposes without your consent.

Your California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine The Light” law permits California residents to annually request and obtain information free of charge about what personal information is disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.

Children under 13

Our service is for adults (18 and over) and is not suitable for children. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use our website, mobile apps or services. If we become aware that we have collected the information of someone under age 13, we will delete such information.
